Another Windy day in Kansas so forget the  hair style you can not have a style on a windy day  so you just get use to it.   

Another great day in Kansas serving with the Elders today. Debbie and Ricardo can over tonight for dinner. Sister Cochrane is in California for a wedding. Will be back next Tuesday.

Connie

Connie's Hands are getting better. God is a God of miricles. The doctors said she had permanent nerve damage and they would never work again. But her left hand now works. She can now make a fist which she could not before. So she can hold on to things now. Her right hand which was the worst one is now where the left one was when we started putting the oils on. It can now pick up a few things but still needs more work.  

Prayer, God, oils, lots of work on them from Connie but a miricle is happening.

Well once again it time for transfers It seems we barely get the Elders here and then they are leaving . Elder Bean is done with his mission and is going  home. Elder Berlanga  will still be here!

Spring burning

In Kansas burning is just  what is done to get ready for planting,. This is not a few areas. This lots of areas. At night it can be quite a sight to see as I drive home.

Traffic

Road in front of my house I can stand in the middle of the road for probably  ten minutes with out a car coming.  At  the corners there is many times no one to see you put your signal blinker on.

This ìs the  opposite direction of my road in front of my house traffic is nothing compare to Utah.  I enjoy it very much.

The death of Elder Bean he is going home in 6 weeks so we had him funeral.

Sister Cochrane, Ricardo, Me, Debbie, Judy, Elder Berlanga  and Elder Bean. Ricardo and Debbie I have picked up for church since I came on my mission. They live about 20 minutes away.  Two weeks ago we helped move them into town, They enjoy there new apartment. This picture is in our living room we had just finished watching Meet the Mormons.

District P day at my House

Had the district over for P day Monday. Had lunch played games and they played pool. we have a pool table down stairs in our home.

Missionary Sisters womens Conference

We have a wonderful mission President and also his wife. Sister Bell has a women's conference for just all the sister missionary.  This is the second one I have been able to go to. We start out with a little Zomba exercising.  There is always a speaker which was wonderful. The speaker this time told about  years ago having a sick daughter on her death bed and they decided to pray for apostle to  give a blessing to there daughter. They had decided that they would try to go to Salt Lake and see if Monson he being a new apostle at the time would do it but the daughter was to sick so they didn't go. Its to long of a story to tell it all but President Monson has told it in conference before. Anyway at the last minute President Monson was told to change the states he was assigned and to go to Kansas instead. After other miracles he was able to give a blessing. At the last minute Pesident Monson also blessed a son that also had many problem. Its a amazing story but can't write it all.  Then a luncheon and then work shop class.
